Mark Anthony Wines & Spirits team, exclusive Canadian importer, visits Viña Arboleda
In April, Viña Arboleda welcomed a team from Mark Anthony Wines & Spirits, a major commercial wine agent in Canada with over 50 years’ experience in the premium wine market, represented by Suzanne Gardiner (CEO), Jean Philippe Baril (Senior National Portfolio Manager) and Caroline Breuer (Portfolio Manager).
In addition to holding meetings with Viña Arboleda’s commercial and marketing team, their itinerary in Chile included visits to the Las Vertientes Vineyard in the inland part of the Aconcagua Valley and to Chilhué, which is located just a short distance from the Pacific Ocean. Following a tour of the Chilhué Vineyards, they participated in a delicious lunch and wine tasting in the barbecue area situated in the high part of the vineyard. The tasting included the 2022 vintages of Arboleda Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, the 2021 vintages of Arboleda Cabernet Sauvignon, Arboleda Carmenere, Arboleda Pinot Noir and Arboleda Syrah, and, as the high point of the tasting, Arboleda Brisa 2021.
This was a highly rewarding experience that will undoubtedly enable us to further strengthen and extend our commercial relationship.
