In June, Arboleda Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 was selected as one of the best wines to celebrate Father’s Day, as recommended by Mandi Robertson, certified sommelier, wine educator, writer, consultant and contributor for Global News Morning. In her news’ segment, Robertson introduced the winery as one of Chile’s top producers: “When I think about Chile I think about producer Eduardo Chadwick. He has done so much for the Chilean wine industry and since the beginning he has really been focusing on the quality of his vineyards. Hence, the Arboleda Cabernet Sauvignon. While recommending it as the perfect wine pairing for steak and other meat preparations to celebrate in Father’s Day, Robertson highly praised the wine: “This is a delicious, luxurious wine, so much elegance and concentrated fruit; there is plums, cherries, blackberries and this delicious blackcurrant, soft spices, hints of menthol and the tannins are so soft and super silky, with a nice and long finish. So much complexity and freshness, with a velvety texture. It is ideal to open it now, but what is really cool is that this can age for another 10 years so it works as a great gift for dad as well.”
